Sherry Gunther-Founder/Chief Executive officer

A two-time Emmy award winning producer and prominent
entertainment industry executive, Sherry spent the first twenty
years of her career producing some of television's biggest
animated hits as well as several feature release classics.
Her producer and Executive Producer
credits include The Simpsons, Family Guy, Duckman, Edith Ann, Rugrats, Dexter's Laboratory,
Cow and Chicken,
Johnny Bravo,
and The
Powerpuff Girls and Looney Tunes.
Aside from being a creator and a producer, as a media
executive, Sherry headed-up and launched new divisions and
innovated new content and |
productions for such studios as Klasky Csupo, Turner's Hanna Barbera,
Warner Bros., Twentieth Century Fox Television, Viacom's Nickelodeon,
Imagine Television, Carsey-Warner, NBC Productions, and Walt Disney's
Touchstone Television and the Disney Channel.
Most recently, Sherry shifted her focus to new media
where she created, co-founded, and launched
ZooKazoo.com, an innovative
virtual world for kids ages 6 to 12. ZooKazoo.com launched to critical
acclaim from established media companies and was named "Best for Kids'
Destination on the Web” by Real Simple Family Magazine in the fall of
2008.
Masher Media, which Sherry founded in early 2009, will
allow her to build on and expand her already successful entrepreneurial
efforts through MyMiniPeeps- the evolutionary new virtual world/MMOG for
kids ages 6-13, which she created and is now building with the launch
expected in the fall of 2010.
Through her years in entertainment, Sherry has shown a
sincere dedication to quality content. In addition to many nominations,
she has been honored for her outstanding work with numerous awards
including two Emmy Awards, a Cable Ace award, and a Humanitas Award.
Sherry earned her BS degree from the University of
California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and her MBA from the University of
Southern California (USC). She resides in Calabasas, California with her
two daughters who continue to inspire and contribute to her passion for
quality entertainment.
Barry Holroyd - Chief Technology Officer

Barry Holroyd is an accomplished technology executive and serial
entrepreneur with over 25 years of systems and product
development in Web/Internet technologies, networking, databases,
storage and distributed object systems. Barry possesses a solid
mixture of hands-on, management and business experience.
A U.C. Berkeley graduate with dual degrees
in computer science and psychology, he spent his first 15
professional years in software development specializing in IT,
networking and object-oriented technologies, culminating in a
position at Oracle as the lead architect for the object-oriented
infrastructure for Oracle's Interactive T.V. project. |
In 1995, anticipating the need that almost every company
would have for web development assistance, Barry founded and funded his
own web development firm, Galatia, which he grew to 18 people, $1.3M in
annual revenues and a valuation of $3M.
Subsequently Barry managed teams both onshore and
offshore (India and China), including software engineers, QA engineers,
technical publications writers and user interface specialists. He led
the development of a massive, n-tiered ASP aggregator at Jamcracker, a
$70M product line at Symantec and a business-quality audio conferencing
service at Vello Corporation.
He enjoys tracking the latest Internet, mobile and
virtual world technologies, the social trends their evolution drives and
the new business models that result.
Chris Headrick - Creative/Art Director

Chris Headrick, an Emmy Award nominated artist, spent the past
16 years as a top animation storyboard artist, director, writer,
and designer.During his successful career, Chris worked
for such studios as: The Walt Disney Company, Warner Bros.
Animation, Nickelodeon and more.

Chris has long been known as one of the
funniest writers in television animation, as well as one of the most
prolific artists in the industry. His accomplishments have led him to be
nominated twice for an Emmy Award for
Individual achievement in Storyboarding in 2004 and again in
2008.
Most recently, Chris honed in his digital skills when he
shifted over to working in Flash as Art Director of ZooKazoo.com, an
award winning kids' website.
Chris's creative talents and unmatched instincts make him
a valuable asset of the Masher Media team.
Raymond Chan - Chief Operating Officer

Raymond Chan
is a career entrepreneur with 25 years of experience in
successfully launching and taking to market numerous start-up
companies. Raymond has a unique understanding of markets,
strategic direction and roadmap to building profitability. He
has a successful track record of working closely with founders
and boards to develop market
strategies and to build the appropriate
structures, systems and teams to grow a company.
Raymond
was a co-founder and COO of Everyone.net,
vice president of international business at NetManage, and
co-founder and president of European operations of NetSoft. |
Raymond has served on the board of several companies, including
Everyone.net, AIPCOM and Netsoft. He is also an investor member
with Tech Coast Angels, the largest network of angel investors in the U.S.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics and computer
science from Southern Illinois University.
Stephen A. Block - Director/Adviser

Stephen A. Block is a member of the Tech Coast Angels, Southern
California's largest angel investing group. He is a Vice
President and serves on the Executive Committee of the Orange
County Network and is also a managing partner in Venture Farm,
LLC. Mr. Block mentors entrepreneurs and early stage companies,
speaks at many business conferences on angel and VC investing,
and judges business plan competitions at USC, at UC Irvine, and
at Chapman University. |
Mr. Block is a member of the Boards of Directors of two
public companies: Senomyx, Inc. (NASDAQ:SNMX), a biotech company,
serving on its Audit and Nomination and Governance Committees, and as
Chairman of the latter; and ChromaDex, Inc. (NASDAQ:CDXC.OB), serving on
its Audit and Compensation Committees, and as Chairman of the latter. He
is also Chairman of the Board of Blue Pacific Flavors and Fragrances,
Inc., and a director of Allylix, Inc., eGuardian, Inc., AccioNet, LLC
and XSCapacity, Inc., privately held companies.
Mr. Block retired as the Senior Vice President and
General Counsel of International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. He has 40
years of broad legal, management and executive experience at Fortune 500
corporations and a major New York law firm.
In addition to his legal background, Mr. Block has had
extensive experience in domestic and international mergers and
acquisitions and joint ventures. He has also drafted legislation,
lobbied at both the state and federal levels, and testified before
Congressional and state legislative committees concerning various
government affairs issues. He has taught Securities Regulation at Pace
University Law School and lectured in continuing legal and business
education programs.
Mr. Block holds a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law
School and a Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude from Yale University.
Lee Crawford - director/adviser

Lee Crawford is a successful serial
entrepreneur with unparalleled experience and expertise in
online gaming and virtual worlds. He is a recognized authority
on virtual economies and large-scale interactive gaming. Most
recently Lee was founder and CEO of Twofish, Inc. a back-end
transaction provider for virtual currency and virtual item
transactions. Twofish, Inc. was acquired in 2009 by LiveGamer. |
He has previously served as Director, Engineering at Yahoo! Games, CTO
and co-founder of Stadeon, Inc. (acquired Yahoo! in 2004), VP of
Engineering at Shockwave.com, and Principal Architect of the Dreamcast
Network (Sega).
Lee earned a B.S. in Computer Science from Florida State University and
lives in San Francisco.
Rick CAmino - Adviser/Chief Marketing Officer

Rick
Camino brings evolved thinking and two decades of entertainment and
consumer products experience to Masher Media. Equally versed in the
quantitative and creative functions of marketing, he is a strategist,
rainmaker, product developer, brand manager, team leader and
entrepreneur.
As a
global marketing and operational strategy executive Rick
possesses over two decades of finance and marketing experience
with some of the world’s leading consumer brands. His expert
analytical and quantitative skills, combined with high-level
creative talent, media and brand relationships, have driven
profit growth for changing businesses in dynamic markets.

Rick’s career includes 12 years with international
music company EMI, where he rose through the finance and marketing
departments to the role of Senior Vice President of Artists & Repertoire
and Marketing, a position that included General Manager duties for the
company’s North American music catalog operations. During his tenure,
the organization transformed into a digital content company, and under
Rick’s leadership, his division outperformed the market and bucked
industry trends.
An entrepreneurial leader and team builder, he holds a BS
with honors in Finance from the University of Florida, and recently
earned an Executive MBA with honors from the University of California.
Sean
Holt - Adviser

Sean Holt is an accomplished writer producer
and performer of music. Upon completing his Masters in Music at
the University of Southern Califirnia, Sean returned as Faculty
to design and launch the now prominent Thornton School of
Music's vocal jazz program. Sean then toured worldwide as an
artist/performer with artists including Kenny Loggins, Michael
Bolton, Carl Anderson, Kenny Wayne Sheppard, and Tower of
Power. |
In 1999 Sean co-founded Glue Audio, a multi-media music
post production company. Under Sean's direction, the company has
provided Emmy Award winning music and sound design for over 500
nationally broadcasted commercials and television programs, as well as
content for live events and numberous recording artists. In 2007,
Vice President Al Gore and Live Aid creator, Kevin Wall contacted Sean
and Glue to provide the international broadcast theme music for "Live
Earth- A Climate in Crisis."
Sean and Glue have also produced albums for artists like
Ashley Tisdale and other kid-popular stars.
Consulting with numerous successful start-ups in the
entertainment industry, Sean works with West Coast Music, MeMe2
Magazine, American Audio Visual, and Step To The Mic, Inc. to serve a
broad range of clients including Virgin Airlines, NASCAR, MTV, and Nike.
Sean and Glue composed original music for ZooKazoo and as
an adviser to Masher Media, Sean's musical talents combined with his
intricate understanding of the industry, will help guide the company
toward succussfully creating original music, downloads, ringtones, an
original band and other music related revenue opportunities. Sean
will also connect Masher with the right musical talent to help create
viral buzz.
